Shipping policy

1. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using reputable, trackable courier services.

Domestic Shipping:
Shipped via standard or express courier. 

Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days from dispatch.

Please note: we currently only ship within South Africa.

2. Shipping for Custom Orders

Custom orders are dispatched only after full payment and final approval.

Shipping costs are calculated based on location, order volume, and delivery method, and are invoiced separately.

3. Shipping for Retail Orders

Retail items are processed within 2–7 business days of order placement.

Orders ship from our fulfillment center with tracking included.

Please allow extra time during peak launches, holidays, or sales.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Play Rough is not responsible for any items that are lost, damaged, or stolen during shipping.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier and a tracking number has been issued, liability transfers to the customer.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we recommend filing a claim directly with the courier service using your tracking details.

For stolen packages marked “Delivered,” we suggest contacting your local courier depot or mail provider.

While we do not offer replacements or refunds for shipping issues, we’re happy to assist you with information to support your claim if needed.

6. Address Accuracy & Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.

Changes to the delivery address cannot be guaranteed after your order has been dispatched.

Play Rough is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
